  • Create quarterly time slots to allow new, growing preachers to spread their wings in your church
  • Prepare with them for their preaching opportunities as a disciplining opportunity
  • Evaluate their preaching with encouragement as a disciplining opportunity
  • Celebrate these new preachers with your church and shift from seating capacity to sending capacity as a goal
